Add a bill, choose who it applies to, and pick how to split: equally, by custom amounts, or other rules your flat agrees on. FlatMate tracks who paid and who owes whom, then simplifies what's left so you settle with fewer payments.

Everyone who shares the flat should join the same household in FlatMate so balances, chores, and notes stay in sync. Invites work by link or code—it only takes a minute to get set up.

You choose a currency for your flat when you create it. Amounts and totals stay consistent for everyone in that household.
